Andrew made an attempt to stay out of the family business: he traveled, ski coached, got a degree in engineering, blew up a couple of super-conducting magnet experiments while working research at GE, and was even overseeing the NY Wholesale Electrical Markets at the time of the Great Blackout of 2003. But fate, and too many hours crunching numbers at a computer screen, led Andrew back to the simple life of running a small business. His mission is to ensure that Yankee provides the service, products and care to keep our customers out on the water, enjoying their boats and making memories.

Hobbies/Special Interest: 
Andrew is also an avid skier and sailor, and values nothing more than spending his time with his wife and three kids.

Greenwich, NY

With Yankee since 2002

Kirsten is The Glue, The Nerve-Center, The Problem-Solver and The Girl-Who-Gets-Things Done. Not much moves through Yankee Boating Center without Kirsten's assistance. In 2003 she started working in our office part time "for adult conversation... and an escape from her kids". Although her primary responsibility is bookkeeping, she fills in just about any role that is needed, taking rental bookings, working in the ship's store and even cleaning a boat once every blue moon.

Hobbies/Special Interest: 
On top of juggling all she can at Yankee, Kirsten is a gymnastics coach at the YMCA, a skier, a notary public and a very busy mother of 3 girls. She chases them to Gymnastics meets, volleyball tournaments, basketball & softball games and ski practice.
