Ramp

Self Service (We do not offer parking for trailers and cars using the ramp)
Powerboats: $15 each way; $25 round trip (paid in advance)
Sailboats: $25 each way; $40 round trip (paid in advance)

Hoist

$4.50 per foot x overall length of boat
(Additional trailer handling fees can apply)

Raise / Lower Mast

$4.50 per foot x overall length of boat
(All shrouds and turnbuckles connected and tightened, but NOT tuned. Customer is responsible for tuning.)

Seasonal Dockage

Docks: Please call for 2007 availability and pricing

Mooring: Please call for 2007 availability and pricing

Land Storage / Quick Launch: $65 per foot (self-service launching)

Winter Storage

Sailboats

Outside Storage: $3.95 x length x beam
(Includes taking mast down, haul-out in hoist, store boat for winter, launch in hoist, step mast)

Inside Storage: $5.95 x length x beam

Powerboats

Outside Storage: $3.75 x length x beam

Winterize Outboard:
Up to 15 hp: $50 plus materials
Above 15 hp: $75 plus materials

Winterize and Store Outboard:
Up to 6 hp: $140
7 to 15 hp: $160

Winterize Inboard: $95 plus materials

Winterize Water System & Head: Time and materials

Power Wash, Scrub Bottom:
Up to 25 ft: $55
25 to 27 ft: $65
Over 27 ft: $75

Cover Boat (tarp): $6 per foot

Shrink Wrap: $11.50 per foot
